Fantastic New Labels...

This is a quick update about the new Wild As The Wind labels, and how their creation led to being featured within an ERS Ltd. case study.

This post will likely be of particular interest to UK small business owners, anyone involved in UK retailing, and those that fulfil admin roles at work… but, will hopefully also be of interest to anyone who loves Wild As The Wind products, and has been curious to see the new labels in all their splendour!

Yes… I have finally gotten round to taking some pictures for you!

The reason this post will be of particular interest to anyone who is involved in producing printed materials, and labels of any type or variety, is because I am convinced I have found the best UK supplier of label printing equipment there is, and I’m more than happy to share my incredible find with you.

ERS Ltd

ERS Ltd. stands for Effective Barcode Solutions, but, they do a lot more than just supply barcoding printing equipment and print media supplies.

They also supply Epson printers for commercial applications, including the Epson C4000 printer, which produces cosmetic grade labels. This is the printer which is now producing all of the new Wild As The Wind labels.

It is also the printer used by our leading UK essential oils supplier… so we are in good company!

But, perhaps, best of all, we are also in good company with ERS Ltd.

I know I’m going to sound more than a little sycophantic, but if it weren’t for the brilliance of ERS Ltd. and their boundless after-sales support, there’s no way Wild As The Wind products would be adorned with the beautiful labels they are now being produced with, today.

ERS are old-school in the best possible way. Ultimately, it was clear from the outset that they care! They care about what they do. And, they care about you!

This meant that they problem-solved all of Wild As The Wind’s gruellingly specific requirements, determined the best hardware and software solutions possible, and provided mock-up samples of print media for me to test. And, they made the process as easy as possible.

There are seemingly very few businesses left that take the pain out of making difficult decisions, that we, as customers, can feel we can really trust. But, I trusted ERS right from the start.

They have skilfully guided me through some of the most complex and challenging business decisions I’ve ever needed to make, and then provided all of the high-tech support needed to install and master the hardware and software, so that the new cosmetic labels could be produced.

To say that I am profoundly grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it!

Cosmetic Labels

Cosmetic labels, as you can imagine, are heavily regulated. The print stock has to be of a particular quality, and the information on the labels has to conform to strict dictates in terms of font size and information displayed.

Needless to say, the creation of the labels was a long, arduous and deeply challenging process… but ERS Ltd. was only ever a phone call away.

I have reached out to ERS innumerable times throughout the process of creating and producing the new labels, and every time I did, their response was immediate, and their advice and support was effortlessly excellent.

They really know what they are doing! Which, was always a massive relief, because, by contrast, I was often utterly clueless!
