Bright blessings dear Rachel upon all your valiant and important endeavours. Continue to shine your light, much needed in these times of uncertainty and confusion in so many spheres of life for so many folk. I have just left a review for your Arnica Carrier Oil on your website that I reproduce here:

Arnica, that glorious mountain dwelling herb with golden yellow, daisy-like flowers, holds and gifts such healing. The fact that Wild as the Wind’s Arnica Carrier Oil is blended in Sunflower Oil adds to the golden magic via the sunflower’s energy from her golden yellow flowers too. Arnica, as oil, is one of the finest trauma healers used externally i.e. when there has been a body-blow as I call it, when there is deep bruising, sprains, strains, dislocations, aches and pains, relieving discomfort and inflammation that also seems to have an effect beyond just the physical. Arnica’s sunny flowers can help lighten the day!

Hi Susan, I'm excited to be returning to formulating, especially with the new insights gleaned from the scientific literature about the SPF values of certain carrier oils.

I'm finally getting my energy back, having removed all sugar, and as much linoleic acid from my diet as possible, since the beginning of January.

I relied heavily on processed foods to get me through the Christmas trading season (October through December). It cost me dearly. It's the most rigorous period of the year and leaves me very time-poor. I need to figure out how to do it differently in future.

I published Healthy & Unhealthy Fats & Oils at the end of November, last year, so knew exactly what I was doing to myself, but didn't have the time to do things differently... https://wildasthewind.com/healthy-unhealthy-fats-oils/

I'm currently working on a major article about the general benefits of carrier oils, that is already 10k words long... equalling c. 10% of the length of a normal-sized book, with still a fair way to go... so, this will remain my focus until complete. I'm looking forward to the relief of finishing it! Then, I will turn my focus to formulating again.

Thanks very much for saying you will leave some feedback for your products, on the website, before too long. Aside from all the digital benefits, and assistance that reviews provide for others, I absolutely love reading them. Given the option of looking at new orders in my inbox, and the appearance of a notification for feedback, I always go to the review first.

I'm sure that most people would think that the natural conclusion to all my efforts would be the sales that follow. And, whilst I need the sales to keep on doing what I'm doing, and I'm always delighted that the recipients will receive many benefits from their purchases, it's actually the reviews that complete the circle for me.

I just love to learn how the products have been life-changing for people... the reviews mark the moment that theory becomes reality. They are where I derive most of the meaning from what I do, and I love the intimacy of it all... they bring a closeness that I adore.

Like you, I have done a lot of teaching in my time. The content of a review, for me, is equal to the moment of witnessing someone really 'getting' what you have been relating to them.. that moment of blossoming of realisation... the smile that emerges on someone's face when a person becomes populated by a new perspective, or the radiance that surfaces after someone has mastered a new activity for the first time. The delight I feel when reading a review is equivalent to that... it's golden!

Sending much love. x x x x

Hi, It’s amazing where the time goes and I don’t even work 😎Your outputs are amazing and I would love to go back and read fully what you have written on fats…as we have totally changed our diets and feel the benefits from including more animal fats.

It is incredible how our bodies show us the results of poor nutrition and processed foods…but we are all doing what we can to survive, especially Christmas ! X

I'm so glad you're eating more animal fats. x x x But, sadly chicken and pork are full of LA, as is their fat, and duck and other commercially reared foul, etc. Beef and lamb fats are the best choice. And, of course, butter, which is the best fat for cooking... or should I say ghee, as the lactose is what browns everything... Plus, supplementing with vit E is critical if you are detoxing LA, as this process is deeply oxidative. I'll be sharing a link on here to the article about it all very soon. x x x
